  • Expansion: Pinal Airpark Property Development

    Growth is on the horizon at our Pinal Airpark headquarters in Marana. We are currently developing an additional acre of property to accommodate newly acquired aircraft assets. This rapid site development ensures we maintain the operational readiness and logistical efficiency required to handle our expanding fleet of teardown projects.

    Our team executed a fast-moving Q4 project in Salina, Kansas, completing the teardown of an Embraer 175 (MSN 17000329). Delivered on time for Regional One, this project featured detailed component management and reporting, ensuring our partner received high-quality data and assets to close out their year strong.

    Demonstrating our operational scalability, Clear Sky launched a concurrent 1,000-part teardown of an Embraer 190 (MSN 19000576) for Werner Aero. By managing this wide-scope project at our Pinal Airpark facility in Marana alongside other active teardowns, we continue to prove our team’s ability to deliver consistent quality and volume, even during peak operational periods.

  • Regional Asset Recovery: DHC-8 (MSN 520) Completed

    Closing out the year with precision, the Clear Sky team successfully managed the teardown of a De Havilland DHC-8 (MSN 520) for Corax. This project, executed at Wiley Post Airport in Oklahoma City, highlights our multi-site operational flexibility and our expertise in regional turboprop platforms. The detailed reclamation process ensured optimal inventory return for our client.

  • Teardown Services Now Available For Your Assets

    I am excited to say we have partnered up with 630 Aerospace Back shop to start our new teardown facility here in Marana.  Our goal in this is to create a one stop shop for your needs.  We provide a priority teardown service at a very competitive rate while being able to offer an in house back shop repair for your parts when needed.  We just passed our AFRA audit.  We are also consciously taking an environmental approach to building our facility and daily operations looking to lead the way and constantly improve.

  • Aircraft Parking Space Available & Warehouse Move

    Clear Sky now has PARKING SPACE for airplanes in Marana, AZ!  We also have moved our humble beginnings warehouse to Pinal Airpark in Marana and are currently in transition until we have a new warehouse constructed.  It has been a very busy few months for us during this transition.  We are excited to have everything in one location now.

  • 2020 Clear Sky Projects

    2020 brought all of us some challenges in our industry.  We were VERY fortunate to be able to manage and complete an A319, A320, and B757 teardown for a couple of our amazing clients.  We also performed some amazing aircraft cuts and delivered the sections in good form to our customers.  We currently are working to complete 4 more B757 Teardowns and a B767 Teardown.
